Welcome to SREDify (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent to enter into these Terms. You also agree to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Description of Services

SREDify provides tools and resources to assist businesses in managing their R&D tax incentive claims across multiple jurisdictions. Our services encompass:

Canada: Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax credits and the Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP).

United States: Federal and state-level R&D tax credits.

United Kingdom: R&D tax relief schemes for both SMEs and large companies.

Ireland: 30% R&D tax credit for qualifying expenditures.

Australia: R&D tax incentive programs supporting innovation.

New Zealand: 15% R&D tax credit and R&D Loss Tax Credit (RDLTC) programs.

South Africa: 150% tax deduction on qualifying R&D expenditure.

Singapore: R&D tax incentives and various grant programs supporting startups and SMEs.

Our services include, but are not limited to, data analysis, project tracking, and report generation to facilitate the management of these incentives.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information during registration and use of the Services.
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Not engaging in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Services or other users.

4. Subscription and Fees

Some features of our Services may require a subscription and payment of fees. The terms of such subscriptions, including pricing and billing cycles, will be provided at the time of subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges in accordance with the selected subscription plan.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, and data on our Services, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, and icons, are the property of SREDify or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SREDify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
